Abstract
The increasing use of the internet and social media in Indonesia has led to a rise in cyberbullying cases. Social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter often serve as avenues for harassment and intimidation. This phenomenon is exacerbated by many Indonesian internet users who do not fully understand internet ethics and the negative impacts of cyberbullying. Cyberbullying has serious consequences, including depression, anxiety, and in extreme cases, suicide, significantly impacting the mental well-being of victims. Although Indonesia has laws governing information and electronic transactions (ITE Law), law enforcement against cyberbullying faces various challenges such as low reporting rates and difficulties in tracking down perpetrators
