Abstract

The Greening Ojek Base located on Prof. Herman Johanes street has been present since the early 2000s, in Penfui, Kupang City. The Workers (Ojek) Base serve routes in the Campus area, housing fund settlements behind Undana - Penfui and surrounding areas. Because the route is not passed by public transportation. The Ojek usually hang out from morning until night. Problems with the Ojek Base Building: very poor condition. The dirt floor is dusty and the roof is starting to deteriorate. During the rainy season there is leakage due to the zinc roof that is starting to rust and damage. During the rainy season many people take shelter in this building despite the leaks. 6 meters away from the shelter is an emergency toilet built by motorcycle taxi drivers. Some sheets of rusty zinc are formed into an emergency toilet. The solution provided is to help design the Pangkalan ojek shelter building. It is hoped that through this design can help answer existing problems and can apply the knowledge gained in shelter design. Methods: (1) Survey of Field Conditions This survey is conducted to determine the topography of the land and also the situation around the shelter that will be designed in the design of the Pangkalan ojek shelter (2) Design making is carried out by the team and socialized to Ojek Pangkalan partners in accordance with the aim of building a shelter that is friendly and comfortable for users. Results: Availability of the Penfui Motorcycle Taxi Base Shelter design
