Abstract

In this era, it is estimated that competition in Indonesia will be sharper in competing for the market because Indonesia is a potential market for foreign production. This study aims to determine the forms of legal protection to consumers against the inclusion of product composition on the marking of dietary supplement packaging. This study explains Consumer Protection against the Inclusion of Product Composition in the Marking of Dietary Supplement Packaging Reviewed from Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection, the type of research used is Normative Juridical Research. Producing dietary supplements that do not meet the standards and/or requirements using raw materials contaminated with pig DNA. Producing dietary supplements that are not in accordance with the products registered with BPOM.
