Abstract

Organizations using budgets must provide financial reporting in a transparent and accountable manner to key stakeholders. The establishment of a village business increases the wheels of the economy in the village. Village businesses must build a system so that it is mutually beneficial between business units. The purpose of Community Service (PKM) is to make BUMDes administrators and managers professional in managing financial reports. Methods of community service activities in the form of lectures, discussions, questions and answers, and exercises related to BUMDes financial management. BUMDes training participants on financial management include village heads, village institutions, village advisory boards and BUMDes administrators in Tunbaun village. Participants play an active role in participating in this training, the participants' interest in studying financial reports is very high. The results of the evaluation show that from the material aspect, timeliness and presenters and discussions are in accordance with the needs of the participants. As a follow-up to the continuation of this activity, it is necessary to continue with direct and periodic practice until the participants are independent without being accompanied and provide training using the financial report application.
