Abstract

The Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) "Chocolate Banana" in Oebobo District, Kupang City, is an MSME that sells banana products. The "Chocolate Banana" MSME faces challenges in financial management, where the financial reports are still managed manually and recorded in books. The goal of this community service activity is to improve the accuracy and efficiency of financial report management at the "Chocolate Banana" MSME by implementing Google Sheets as a digital bookkeeping tool. The methods used include focused group discussions, the development of Google Sheets templates, training on usage, as well as evaluation and mentoring. The training results showed a significant improvement in the participants' financial report management skills, as seen from the pre-test and post-test results. The implementation of Google Sheets helped reduce recording errors and improve real-time accessibility to financial data, thus supporting better business decision-making. This training is expected to help MSMEs achieve more stable and sustainable growth.
