Abstract

Noelbaki is a village in Kupang Regency that has the highest population, with nearly half of its area dedicated to rice fields. The vast and fertile agricultural land, along with the beautiful beach attractions, make Noelbaki Village the heart of life for the people of Kupang Regency. One of the tourist destinations in Noelbaki Village is Panmuti Beach. However, this attraction is still relatively unknown to both local and non-local visitors. To address this, the solution implemented is the creation of a promotional video and utilizing social media as a platform for promotion. The utilization of social media in the digital era greatly facilitates the dissemination of information and promotions across various sectors of life. Social media, being embedded in society, has proven to be effective in promoting tourism in an interactive, informative, and flexible manner, attracting tourists.
