Abstract

This community service activity aims to utilize Instagram social media to increase sales of the Chocolate Banana MSME products, located at Jl. El Tari II, RT 43/RW 13, Fatululi Subdistrict, Oebobo District, Kupang City, East Nusa Tenggara. Instagram offers a promising visual platform for product marketing. However, this MSME faces challenges in optimizing Instagram, with less engaging content and a limited number of followers. The methodology applied includes three main stages: Focus Group Discussions to explore issues and potential solutions; intensive training on using Canva for designing promotional content; and evaluation and mentoring post-training. The training focused on creating attractive promotional content, effective visual creation, and managing social media content. The evaluation results showed a significant increase in the number of Instagram followers, from 51 to 2,216 after the implementation of the updated content strategy. Additionally, interviews with the MSME partners revealed an increase in orders and revenue as a result of the rise in followers. The conclusion of this study confirms that Canva training effectively enhanced product visibility and sales performance through more optimal Instagram usage.
