Abstract

Population growth and limited land in Kupang City have driven the development of apartments as a vertical housing solution. However, many buildings fail to consider the characteristics of the tropical climate, such as high temperatures and humidity. The application of tropical architecture is crucial for creating comfortable, energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly residences. In addition to meeting housing needs, apartments also offer economic value and investment potential.
