Abstract
The construction sector plays an important role in the development of a country's infrastructure. The success of a construction project depends not only on careful planning and work, but also on efficient cost management. This study aims to determine the completion time, project cost, and project profit due to the minimum production difference between labor and equipment. This study uses secondary data taken from CV. Carmel is in the form of data on the Cost Budget Plan (RAB) for the Oe'oh Ayotupas road reconstruction project, South Central Timor Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province, namely volume, unit price analysis, unit price, and coefficient. The results of this study show that the completion time in the liquid asphalt binder seepage work item is 3.43 hours with the largest minimum production of 1,369.86 mɜ/hour and in the fc'20 Mpa concrete pair work item has a completion time of 1.35 hours with the smallest minimum production of 2.49 mɜ/hour. The asphalt pavement work item has a project cost of Rp. 862,319,350.54 while the drainage work item has a project cost of Rp. 9,037,474.70. The profit obtained based on the minimum production of labor is Rp.120,334,261.59 and the profit based on the minimum production of equipment is Rp.103,486,759.62. Based on the results obtained, it can be seen that the larger the minimum production, the longer the completion time, the project costs will be small, and the project profits will increase. On the other hand, if the minimum production is small, then the turnaround time is faster, the project cost increases, and the project profit will decrease.
