Abstract

The results of interviews with Dr.Herbert Soritua Silalahi, SpBat Silioam HospitalDr..Dedy Yulidar, SpB (K) Onk, FINANCS at WZ Johanes Kupang Hospital, provided information that some people affected by this disease were not aware of the cancer itself and lack of early detection of cancer.For this reason, an application is needed that can help ordinary people in the early diagnosis of breast cancer.The method used is the forward chaining method where the facts and knowledge of the system are obtained from a specialist doctor who has expertise in diagnosing breast cancer.This system desing is web based with PHP programming language and database strong using SOL. This system help ordinary people who need to do early detection of breast cancer and facilitate access to public knowledge about breast cancer in the formof symptoms, characteristics of causes and prevention.
