Abstract
Minimum production refers to the lowest production capacity achieved by a group of workers and equipment in completing a task within an hour or a day. When minimum production occurs in labor, equipment remains idle, and vice versa. From the minimum production value, the duration of each work item can be calculated by dividing the volume by the minimum production. The greater the minimum production, the shorter or faster the completion time, and vice versa. When the minimum production is low, the resulting coefficient increases, affecting the unit price analysis, leading to higher project costs and reduced profit, or even losses, and vice versa. In this study, secondary data were obtained from PT. ADISTI INDAH, specifically the budget plan (RAB) of the 2023 Pandai–Denomdai–Danibao Road Improvement Project. The objective of this research is to determine the impact of changes in minimum production through simulations using a ±10% variation with 1% intervals. The analysis results, in line with the research objectives, show that for the stone masonry with mortar work item, at a -10% condition, the completion time becomes 26,77 days, at 0% becomes 24,10 days, and at +10% becomes 22,92 days. For the next objective regarding project cost, under normal conditions the project cost is Rp 23.037.328.613. At the 0% condition, the cost increases to Rp 23.874.471.893; at -10% to Rp 24.086.036.783; and at +10% to Rp 24.753.247.987. For the third objective regarding profit and loss, the normal profit is Rp 2,292.482.861. At the 0% condition, a loss of Rp 1.455.339.581 is experienced; at -10%, a loss of Rp 1.231.271.041; and at +10%, the loss is reduced to Rp 576.563.487.
