Abstract
In classroom reading, comprehension has to be treated as the top priority. The important point is that teachers are required to prepare comprehension questions in three levels, namely: literal, inferential and critical. In addition to this, it is proposed that understanding of a reading text may possibly be done by doing comprehension activities from one paragraph to another paragraph. Arguably, this propounded strategy mey help students to have better comprehension of what they read.
