Abstract

In this study, the extraction (Soxhletation) using n-hexane solvent.. The oil yield was 50,48%. Oil transesterified with time variations 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 90 minutes and 120 minutes, constant temperature (60oC), stirring speed of 200 rpm. Free Fatty Acid levels of time variations 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 90 minutes and 120 minutes respectively were 1,96%, 1,40%, 1,12% and 0,84%. The saponification number of time variations 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 90 minutes and 120 minutes is 16,83 mg, 22,4 mg, 25,2 mg and 33,66 mg.
