Abstract
This research was written by Julius Ronal De Araujo Economic Development Study Program under the guidance of I M.E Perseveranda, SE, M.si and II Emiliana M. Lawalu, SE, ME. with the title of the study "Analysis of the Quality of Licensing Services at the One Stop Investment Office and Services of the City of Kupang". The Purpose of this Study 1) To find out the picture of the quality of licensing services at the Kupang City Investment and Integrated Services Office. 2) To Analyze Physical Evidence affects the quality of licensing services at the Kupang City Investment and One Stop Integrated Services Office. 3) To analyze the reliability affect the quality of licensing services at the Office of Investment and Integrated Services of One Door Kupang City. 4) To Analyze Capture Power affects the quality of licensing services at the Kupang City Investment and One Stop Integrated Service Office. 5) To Analyze Guarantees affect the quality of licensing services at the Kupang City Investment and One Stop Integrated Service Office. This study uses quantitative data, the type of data that can be measured or calculated directly, in the form of information or explanations expressed in numbers or in the form of numbers. Data Sources used in this study are primary data sources of research data obtained directly from the original source (not through an intermediary). There are 30 samples in this study and then processed using Partial Least Square (PLS) and analyzed using regression models and inferential statistics, namely: Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis, namely: Structural Model (Inner Model), Measurement Model (Measurement / Outer Model ), Weighting Schemes, The results were obtained: Physical Evidence variable, Reliability, Capability. positive and not significant effect on Service Quality. While the guarantee variable has a positive and significant effect on service quality. With the results of this study it was suggested to the Kupang City Investment and One Stop Integrated Services Office to pay attention to Physical Evidence, Reliability, Capability, and Guarantees, so as to improve the quality of service in the Kupang City Investment and One Stop Integrated Service Office.
