Abstract

Tracer study or studies of alumni tracking is an approac that enable college institutions, one of them is the Health Ministry of Health Polytechnic(POLTEKKES KEMENKES KUPANG), Kupang to obtain information about deficiencies that might occur in the education process and learning process and could be the basis for planning activities for future improvement. Tracer study data management is still managed manually by distributing questionnaire sheets to alumni and by submitting through social media groups. This is less effective because it takes time and effort. To overcome the above problems, it is necessary to build an application in the form of E-Tracer Study in Kupang Health Polytechnic so that it can facilitate the process of managing tracer study data, facilitating POLTEKKES KEMENKES KUPANG for helping to convey information in the form of announcements relating to alumni and job vacancies in accordance with their respective study programs. This application was built using the PHP programming language, and the MySQL database, using the waterfall method. The results of this study are an E-Tracer Study at the Poltekkes Kemenkes Kupang that can help the poltekkes in collecting data from the tracer study questionnaires and helping alumni find job vacancies that are suitable for their study program.
