Abstract
The purpose of this study is 1) To find out the description of the Human Development Index, Economic Analysis and Regency / City Open Research Level in East Nusa Tenggara Province. 2) To find out how the growth of the human growth index (HDI), economic growth and the level of openness (TPT) partially to the poverty level in the districts / cities of East Nusa Tenggara Province. 3) To find out how the human development growth index (HDI), economic growth and level of openness (TPT) simultaneously towards poverty levels in districts / cities of East Nusa Tenggara Province. This research uses quantitative data. Source of data used in this study is secondary data. Obtained 109 samples in this study which were then processed using Eviews 10 which were analyzed by data analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Partial Human Development Index Variables have a significant relationship to the Poverty Level of Districts / Cities in East Nusa Tenggara Province with a probability of 0.1779 (2) Partial Economic Increase Variables do not have a significant relationship to the Level Regency / City Poverty in East Nusa Tenggara Province with a probability of 0.5194. (3) Open Unemployment Rate Variable that has a significant influence on the Regency / City Poverty Rate in East Nusa Tenggara Province with a probability of 0.0226. (4) The independent variables in this study, namely, the Human Development Index, Economy and Prosperity Level have a significant effect on the Regency / City Poverty Rate in East Nusa Tenggara Province with a probability of 0.000000. 5) The adjusted value of R-squared in this study is 0.967424. The value of the variable depends on the dependent variable by 96.74%. While 3.26% was accepted by veriabel who was not included in this study. Based on the results of research that exceeds the expectations of the Government to increase human development in obtaining funds, education and health as well as increase business opportunities for people who are looking for work and increase economic growth in every district / city in the province of East Nusa Tenggara.
