Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of parents' attention and social environment on mathematics learning achievement of students of class XI SMA PGRI Kupang. The type of research is quantitative research with multiple regression analysis. The population in this study were students of grade XI SMA PGRI Kupang academic year 2017/2018 and the sample in this study were all students from the population of 22 people. The sampling technique uses saturated technique. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and mathematics achievement tests. Data analysis was done by using SPSS 22 for windows program. From the output of SPSS 22 For Windows, based on the normality test, linearity test and multicolinearity, the attention of parents and social environment have an influence on the achievement of learning mathematics. In the multiple regression analysis the attention of parents and social environment have an influence on mathematics learning achievement, and obtained regression equation Y = 2,939 +1, 122 X1 + 1,541 X2 and Fcount = 16,244 ≥ 3.52 = Ftable, then reject H0, meaning there is influence of parents and social environment to the achievement of learning mathematics of students of class XI SMA PGRI Kupang. Based on the output of SPSS 22 for windows, the F test of parents' attention and social environment has an influence on mathematics learning achievement and t test, parental attention has influence on the learning achievement of the social environment, and the influence of the mathematics learning achievement. Based on the result of the research, the researcher concludes that there is partially significant influence from the attention of parents to the achievement of learning of math of class XI students of SMA PGRI Kupang academic year 2017/2018, there is significant influence of social environment on the achievement of learning maatematika student XI SMA PGRI Kupang academic year 2017/2018, there is a significant influence simultaneously from the attention of parents and social environment to student achievement of mathematics students of grade XI SMA PGRI Kupang academic year 2017/2018.
