Abstract
Specificialy, the aim that want to be reached is: 1) to decribes the abillity of teacher in the learning management by applying coperative learning type of student team achievement division. 2) To describe the cooperativeskills oflearners inlearning activitiesby implementingcooperative learning type of student team achievement division. 3) To describes the indicator result completeness of learning by applying coperative learning type of student team chievement division. 4) To describes completeness of learning result by applaying coperative learning tipe of student team chievement division. 5) To describes the respons from student to learning activities by applying coperative learning type of student team chievement division. The kind of this research is descriptive research, subject iin this research is teacher (researcher) and students from class VIIF SMP Negeri 1 Kupang cityyear of teaching 2018/2019 that aggregate are about 31 students. The subjeck of study is determined by using purposive sampling technique is the technique of determining the sample with certain considerations. Research design used is one-group pretest dan post tes design. The technique of data collection is observation,test, and inquiry. While the instrumens in this research is sheet management supervision of learning of approaching skill proces. The test of learning result sheet of rating of aspective aspect and psicomotor and of sheet of filling resposn of student. The analysis data technique in this research is descriptive analysis that is cover average score,proposaition,and presentation. Based on the result on analysis descriptive data research and research discussion,Obtained that leraning by applying coperative learning type of student team chievement division. The subject matter of heat and its displacement in class VII Fodd semester SMP Negeri 1 Kupang cityyear of teaching 2018/2019 is optimal. Specificially is obtained the ability of the teacher to manage learning activities that include: lesson planning, instructional implementation, and evaluation of learning that everything is in good category. Skills cooperative learners include: being in charge, taking turns and sharing tasks, encourage participate, ask/answer, and active listening, in general and on average are on the limits of effectiveness defined. Indicators of learning outcomes prepared everything finished product. While indicators of affective and psychomotor learning outcomes overall conclusion. The response of students towards learning by implementing cooperative learning model tipe of student team achievement division is generally verygood.
