Abstract

Formulation of the problem in this study 1) How do you describe the effect of capital, price and land area partially on the income of horticultural farmers (kale) in Noelbaki Village? 2) How does the description of the effect of capital, price and land area simultaneously influence the income of horticultural farmers (kangkung vegetable) in Noelbaki Village? The objectives of this study are 1) To determine the effect of capital, price, and land area partially on horticultural farmer income ( water spinach) in Noelbaki Village. 2) To find out the simultaneous effect of capital, price and land area on horticultural farmer income (kale vegetable) in Noelbaki village. This research uses quantitative data, a type of data that can be measured or calculated directly, in the form of information or explanation expressed in numbers or in the form of numbers. The data source used in this research is primary data which is the source of research data obtained directly from the original source (not through intermediaries). There are 54 samples in this study which are then processed using Eviews 10 and analyzed using regression models and inferential statistics with four The tests are 1) Classic assumption test 2) Multiple linear regression analysis 3) Hypothesis test 4) Determination coefficient analysis (R2). The results obtained were varied: Capital, Price, and Land Area had a positive and partially significant effect on the income of Kangkung Vegetable Farmers in Noelbaki Village. While the variables of capital, price and land area have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on the horticultural farmer income variable (kale) in Noelbaki village. with the results of the Determination Coefficient of Goodness of fit test (R2) of 0.831656 or 83.16%, the dependent variable (farmers' income) can be explained by the independent variable capital (X1) = 3.624525, price (X2) = 2.746031, land area (X3) = 2.255731. Meanwhile, the remaining 16.84% is explained by other variables not included in this study. With the results of this study, it is recommended that horticultural farmers (kale) in Noelbaki Village pay attention to the quality of vegetables and to set a stable price given to buyers in order to make offers that are in accordance with the quality of vegetables.
