Abstract

Public relations or PR has various roles as a channel of information and as a source of information for audiences, both external and internal. To connect agencies with audiences,a PR staff needs media that allows messages to be conveyed properly. Along with the development of technology until the emergence of the internet has greatly influenced the work of public relations, especially the media used. Social media using internet networks is an option for PR staff in channeling messages. The Kantor Wilayah Hukum dan HAM NTT as a government agency, distributes each message by doing publicity about their services to the public by utilizing social media. Social media managed by the Public Relations section of the Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Hukum dan HAM NTT is Instagram. Instagram itself provides various features such as Instastories, Timeline Uploads, Instagram TV and so on that make it easier for the Public Relations staff of the Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Hukum dan HAM NTT to create various content for the implementation of publicity related to the duties and functions of the Regional Office of the Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Hukum dan HAM NTT.
