Abstract

And to find out the factors that influence the level of community participation in Development in Wololele A Village, East Lio Timur, Ende Regency sources of data obtained by means of, Interviews (questionnaire), Observation, Documentation.Data Analysis Using Likert Scale. The results of this study indicate that the level of community participation in development in Wololele A Village, Lio Timur, Ende Regency is seen from the four areas of participation, namely participation in planning 84,5 percent or in the very high category 79,3 percent implementation or in the high category,evaluation/monitoring 66,7 percent or in the high category, and utilization of the results of 87,5 percent or in the very high category. The score of community participation in village development in Wololele A Village is in the high category as evidenced by the combined score of participation fields an average of 79,18 percent, this proves that community participation in village development in Wololele A Village is high ( at intervals ) 60 percent to 80 percent. As for what influences community participation in village development in Wololele A village are : internal factors which include (awareness/will,education, income), external factors which include (village government and available facilities)
