Abstract

The purpose of this study is (1) To determine the effect of the number of domestic tourist visits on the acceptance of levies for recreation and sports venues in Riung District, Ngada Regency. (2) To determine the effect of the number of foreign tourist visits on the reception of levies for recreation and sports venues in Riung District, Ngada Regency. This study uses quantitative data and data sources used in this study are secondary data, with a significant level of 5%. There were 60 samples in this study which were then processed using SPSS 26 which were analyzed using data analysis techniques, namely 1) Inferential Statistics consisting of multiple linear regression analysis. 2) Test assumptions. 3) Hypothesis testing consisting of t test, F test and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that the number of domestic tourist visits has a negative effect on the reception of levies on recreation and sports venues. This is known from the results of the t statistical test which obtained the t value of 5.985 when viewed from the comparison of t count with t table (t count> t table) the value of t count is known to be less than the value of t table 2.00247 (5.985> 2.00247) and the significance value is less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05, and the results of hypothesis testing show that the number of foreign tourist visits has an effect on the acceptance of levies for recreation and sports venues, this is indicated by a significance level of 0.092 which is smaller than α = 0.05. The F statistic from table 5.8 shows a P-Value of 0.000 smaller than the significance of 0.05 and it is known that the calculated F value is 18.473.The F table value at the 5% significance level with df (2; 57) is 3.16. F count> F table (18.473> 3.16) So it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted, which means that the number of visits by domestic tourists and foreign tourists simultaneously has a significant effect on the dependent variable Recreation and Sports Levies. The results of data processing show that the coefficient of determination stated in the Adjusted R Square (R2) is 0.372 or 37%. This means that 37% of the variation of the Charges for Tourism and Sports can be explained by the variation in the number of visits by domestic tourists and foreign tourists, the remaining 63% is explained by other independent variables outside of this research model. The Ngada Regency Government should improve programs related to tourism promotion and improve facilities and maintenance of more tourism objects. Information about tourism locations on social media is increased so that foreign tourists who want to visit can find out more about these tourism locations.
