Abstract

Knowledge of the symptoms and diseases that attack horse liverstock is not widely known by horsebreeders. Therefore we need an application that can help provide information and diagnose diseases in horses. This is caused by the small number of animal dictators, the distance from the livestock service office to the location of the incident, apart from that also the geographical conditions that make impossible to reach the place, and the veterinarianvis only waiting for acall from the district, thus making many farmers who are late getting the services of doctors to their livestock and asa result many livestock ware not saved. From these problems it is necessary to design and build an application to diagnose horse diseases in web-bassed horse cattle using certainty factor methods which is expected to help the Kefamenanu Animal Health Service, especially vetenarians and breeders in diagnosing diseases in horse herds.
