Abstract

The development of natural tourism is one of the uses of tourism to make the tourist area better so that it can become an attraction for tourists. Indonesia is a country that has natural beauty and cultural diversity, so it is necessary to increase the tourism sector. NTT Province is one of the provinces in Indonesia that has a lot of potential in the tourism sector which is so diverse and can be an opportunity to be developed. One of them is Belu Regency itself has great potential in the world of tourism. One of the tourism places in Belu Regency which also has great potential to be developed is the octopus bay beach where this tourist attraction is a tourist attraction that has natural beauty and has erected a large statue of the Virgin Mary in Octopus Bay. tourist attraction, in addition to its beautiful natural charm and built close to the Susuk Pond Tour along Aufuik Beach and Octopus Bay. Therefore, by looking at some of the potential that exists at this location to support tourism activities, it is necessary to design the Gurita Bay Beach Tourism Area in Belu Regency which can facilitate tourism activities on the octopus bay beach using the Architectural Transformation Approach.
