The city of Kupang is the capital of the province of East Nusa Tenggara with a large population that makes the city of Kupang a center of activity and also as a benchmark for the progress of the province of East Nusa Tenggara both in the facilities education, urban environmental management and so on. In order to improve the quality of education in Indonesia, as well as to improve the environmental quality of the city of Kupang, therefore, a park facility or green open space is presented and has educational value that is interesting, recreational, and can provide a play experience that meets the safety, comfort and accessibility of children and disabled. The presence of an educational park is a way to attract people to enjoy non-formal education that is informative, creative and recreational. The method used is a design method with a Child Friendly and Disabled Architecture approach to optimize the accessibility, safety, and comfort of children and people with disabilities in green open spaces which are often ignored in planning.
