Abstract

Kupang city is the capital city of East Nusa Tenggara province, Indonesia. Acting as the provincial capital, Kupang City is a strategic area to build or start a company/office in the service sector. The development of companies/offices requires facilities in the form of rental offices. However, there are several obstacles in building a rental office, including the high price of land, the difficulty of finding a strategic location, the price of expensive materials, and the length of construction of new buildings. The location of the rental office planning is on Jalan Piet A. Tallo which is in accordance with the Kupang City BWK which is designated as a trade and service area in addition, the location of the rental office which is in a strategic and easily accessible place as well as facilities and infrastructure or infrastructure located at the location rental office that can facilitate users in the building. The purpose of this plan is to present a rented office that can facilitate the needs of the company/office with a modern architectural approach. The method used is an architectural design method with a modern architectural approach. The results obtained are rental office designs that are more representative with a modern architectural approach.
