Abstract

The Kelapa Lima sub-district office still uses the worksheet application in processing the data in the office. Manual recording causes financial statement calculations to take a long time and are prone to errors in calculations. And also recording and storing manual data in the office, there may be damage or file loss at any time. From the existing problems, the authors conclude that the functional requirements analysis describes the state of the existing system in the process of filing incoming and outgoing financial statements in the form of a website information system. Software development on this system uses the waterfall model and PHP as the programming language and utilizes MySQL as a database for data storage. The result of this research is an application in which there is a financial reporting system that is in accordance with government financial reporting standards that is able to record transactions automatically and produce accurate and fast information.
