Data collection methods in this study are: Documentation. This research was then processed using SPSS 20 which analyzed with data analysis techniques, namely 1) inferential statistics consisting of Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. 2) Classical Assumption Test consisting of Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, and Autocorrelation Test. 3) Hypothesis Test consisting of t test, F test, and the coefficient ofdetermination. The results of this study indicate that the education level, health level, and unemployment rate simultaneously have no effect on the poverty level in East Nusa Tenggara Province. Partially the education level, health level, and unemployment rate have no effect on the poverty level in the province of East Nusa Tenggara. With the results of the determination of the coefficient (R2) of 0,8780 or 87,80% the dependent variable is education level, health level, and unemployment rate, while 12,20% is explained from the variables included in this model the adjusted value (R2) shows that there is no a strong relationship between the dependent and independent variables that influence it. Looking at the results of the analysis, it is recommended that the government in NTT Province further improve education and health facilities and increase employment opportunities so that people in the NTT province can get out of poverty.
