Abstract

The era of globalization today is a lot of young people who are reluctant to learn the dance of their respective regions so that the customs value contained in the dance reflects the personality and customs value, the ancestral heritage that is almost unknown to the students in urban areas. Based on these problems, it is necessary to build a multimedia-based learning media that can be utilized as NTT dance learning in Elementary Inpres Elementary School Oeba 5 Kupang city. The method used is the development of multimedia with the steps that must be followed to produce a product in the form of multimedia application design. The steps in designing methods include Concept, Design, Collectig Materials, Assembly, Testing. This multimedia application changes the process of teaching the conventional become more interesting and interkative. This multimedia application is designed with the aim to produce the learning media of East Nusa Tenggara dance so that the students will love their culture in dance and know more about the ancestral heritage in the dance culture and media learning contained in art and culture for the students in the 5th grade of elementary school.
