Abstract

Problem formulation 1) How is Village Financial Management in Lawalu Village, Central Malaka District, Malacca Regency. 2) What are the factors that affect Village Financial Management in Lawalu Village. The purpose of this study is 1) This study aims to determine the Village Financial Management in Lawalu Village, Central Malaka District, Malacca Regency. 2) This study aims to determine the factors that affect Village Financial Management in Lawalu Village, Central Malaka District, Malacca Regency. This study uses qualitative data with a descriptive approach, the data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection tehniques are through observation, docomentation and interviews with the parties involved, namely the village head, village secretary, village treasurer and othe community leaders. The result of the study show that village government, because in compiling a list of proposed activity plans involving all component in the village, of course, it aims to convey aspirations regarding proposed activities that are the interest and needs of the community. Village financial management includes five stages of planning, implementation, administration, reporting and accountability. The twofactors that influence village financial management include supporting factors and inhibiting factors. The supporting factor is community participation, in this case the community simply responds to every village development program and participates in village acrivities and the availabity of village infrastructure. While the inhibiting factor is the inadequate human resources/skills of the village apparatus, in this case the limited mastery of computer and communication technology in the village community in the MusrenbangDes.
