Abstract

The church is an organization engaged in community service. The church also has information management including the processing, storage and presentation of data. St. Peter Lahurus Parish Church is one of the branch churches under the diocese of Atambua. The service system for the people in the parish church of St. Peter Lahurus is still manual which causes ineffective and inefficient services. The purpose of this research is to design a web-based community service information system to overcome the problems and constraints that exist in the St. Petrus Lahurus Parish Church using the PHP programming language and MySQL database where the system development is using the waterfall method and using a unified model language system model approach using a use case. diagrams, activity diagrams, class diagrams and flowchart documents. The results of the system design in this study display information about church services such as people's data (KK data, KUB data, regional data), church data (vision, mission, church location), financial reports, mass schedules. Through this information system, people can register for baptism candidates, new welcome candidates, chrisma candidates and prospective couples by filling out the form provided in the system. The system built can print baptismal certificates, parish transfer certificates, death certificates, congregation reports and financial reports
