Abstract
Agency for Family Planning and Family Welfare Kupang is one of Govenrment agency that handles things related to family planning (KB) is the field of Family Planning and Family Welfare. In providing information about family planning carried out by the field of Family Planning requires considerable cost officers have to go to the workplace. Beside that the number of officers is less to do the counseling KB so people does not get enough information about Family Planning. The method used in this system is Unified Process method is a framework development process that is use-case-driven, centered on software architecture, interactive and flower-growing. This includes the development of a new framework in a software development methodology. UP can be applied in a variety of projects, started from small scale to large scale. The advantages of this system is capable of providing information about family planning to the public quickly besides that this system also provides the facility proposed activities, messages, questions and answers through messages with family planning officers, updated version of the system, related links, contact. The system is also built with a navigation menu that can make users more easily to operate while the programming language used is PHP with OOP concepts and MySQL database.
