Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries that has the largest manufacturing industry in Southeast Asia. One of the most popular industries in Indonesia is car production. Showroom is defined as a business related to retail, is a place for exhibitions and selling goods that have a special space scale, engaged in fields that are identical to sales. Based on data from the Association of Indonesian Automotive Industries (Gaikindo), factory sales to Toyota dealers (wholesales) in January-November 2020 were able to rank as the best-selling brand on an annual basis in Indonesia. In addition, the development of the times and the public's need for transportation facilities to facilitate increased mobility resulted in the need for motorized vehicles to increase. This research focuses on the City of So'e. To meet the level of consumer demand, it is necessary to develop a Showroom that can meet the needs of consumers. By presenting a showroom building design that pays attention to function, structure, and form that pays attention to form that shows modern architecture and reflects the brand itself.
