Abstract

There are hundreds and even thousands of problems that have sprung up in Indonesia with various cases, such as quarrels between communities, divorce, to cases of children regarding theft and even sexual abuse of minors. With the problems in Indonesia now people can't take the law into their own hands but must use legal channels in order to get the right to justice from the decision of the District Court. The District Court is a judicial institution within the general court environment which is domiciled in the district as a judiciary whose function is to examine, resolve, criminal and civil cases for people seeking justice in general. One of the courts that will be discussed is the Class II District Court in Betun, Malacca Regency which is planned, as an office to serve justice for the community in search of justice. Designing this Class II District Court Office must also pay attention to the concepts and styles that will be applied so as to create an image that is in accordance with the vision and mission of an authoritative, symmetrical, noble and fair District Court, the concept to be used is Monumental by not eliminating the color application that gives great and authoritative impression. As for the selection of styles using the Modern style. The application of the concept of needs is that there are differences in activity programs and facilities for each diverse organizational structure. This diversity is applied to differences in facilities, furniture, room size, privacy systems, tailored to the needs that can support the activities of the Class II District Court office.
