Abstract
The results of inferential statistic analysis show that 1) the economics macro has insignificant effect on stock price; 2) the liquidity ratio has a positive and significant effect on stock price; 3) the profitability ratio and liquidity ratio have a positive and significant effect on stock price; 4) the economics macro has a significant effect on the enterprise value; 5) the liquidity ratio has an insignificant effect on the enterprise value; 6) the profitability ration has a significant effect on the enterprise value; 7) the stock price has a significant on enterprise value; 8) the stock price does not mediate the effect of economics macro on enterprise value; 9) the stock price does not mediate the effect of liquidity ratio on enterprise value; 10) the stock price is able to mediate the effect of profitability ratio on enterprise value. It is recommended to: 1) Investors who want to invest their capital must diligently evaluate the conditions of liquidity ratio and profitability ratio above standard, and consider the economics macro variables. 2) The future researchers to include other variables both of the internal and external enterprise as independent variables and mediating variables to invent other indicators relating to stock price and the enterprise value.
