Abstract

The development of increasingly advanced technology at this point, spur people to think ahead anyway. Information technology is a technology with the main base of computer technology. To facilitate the activities of the Kupang City Police Resort (Police) then publishes Police Notes SKCK faster, and can produce a valid report and assured. The purpose of this research is to design and build applications SKCK publication that can improve the performance of the staff is part of making SKCK to serve people who want to make SKCK, so that people will feel more easy, convenient, and can save time. The method used in this research is a linear sequential models. is a software development methodology that systematically approach and sequence ranging from the level of the system needs to step Analysts, design, coding, and testing or testing. The results of the developed application produces reports in the form of Letter Police Notes SKCK and register SKCK by Month and Year, as well as facilitate the operator in Kupang City Police Resort, especially in the Intelkam to make SKCK.
