Abstract

PT. Aguamor Timorindo is one of the privately-owned company engaged in the Water in East Nusa Tenggara (NTT), located in the village Baumata, District Taebenu, Kupang. The system currently running at. Aguamor Timorindo the warehouse I and warehouses II still using a manual system where the data is the result of activities of the entire process of recording data raw materials and finished products are still processed in a ledger, and checks are still carried out by means of direct view or view stockpiling raw materials and finished products by checking in a large book, so there is still an error in the entire process of recording and calculating stock inventory of raw materials and finished products goods amount of raw materials and finished goods products. Lack of good data management will be very influential,resulting in the slow process of data processing, search and reporting. Another problem is the stock control causing channeling or less efficient distribution of goods,goods storage space capacity is not optimal and economically detrimental. In this study using waterfall method of software engineering development. The waterfall has five stages, namely Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing, and Maintenance. This application is built using the Java language, MySQL database, and iReport as tools for report design. Lagrange Multiplier very suitable to be applied in solving the problems of the stock control many types of materials and goods at PT. Aguamor Timorindo. Viewed with constraints on PT. Aguamor Timorindo the area's Shelter and the value of investment goods, while the parameters used problem solving, among others Ordering Cost, Cost Holding, the number of items for each type of goods, and spacious for one type of goods. This study resulted in a data processing application shortages and the goods and stock control at PT. Aguamor Timorindo that simplify the process of data processing orders and stock, making the report and the process of calculating the optimal value for the purchase of goods to be stored in warehouse.
