Abstract

The bus terminal is the provision of public transportation services whose function is to provide convenience, comfort and security services for public transportation services when traveling. Therefore, discussing a terminal cannot be separated from the availability of a public transportation fleet and also the use of transportation services to make inter and intermodal transfers to various destinations. In addition, the terminal is a location for gathering public transportation routes from various tracks (the Betun- Atambua route, the Betun-Kefa route, the Betun-Soe route and the Betun Kupang route). Thus the function of a terminal must really provide good service provision for the use of public transportation services. The application of the Malacca Vernacular Transformation Architecture in the planning of the bus terminal building is an approach concept that shows the characteristics of Malacca culture, by applying the concept of transformation and transformation techniques to the planning and designer of the type B bus terminal in the city of Betun, Kab. Malacca. This study aims to provide an overview and assessment of public transportation services at a terminal so that it is hoped that the function of the Rai Malaka bus terminal PERENCANAN DAN PERANCANGAN TERMINAL TIPE B DI KOTA BETUN, KAB. MALAKA v is effective and good. Thus, it is expected to provide a means or ideas to the decision makers.
