Abstract

This research was written by Hermelinda Sere (31118076) of the Development Economics Study Program under the guidance of Advisor I Mrs. Emiliana Martuti Lawalu, SE.ME and Supervisor II Mr. Adrianus Ketmoen, SE.MM with the research title "Implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Overcoming Poverty in Wue Village, Wolomeze District, Ngada Regency. The formulation of the problem in this study is 1) What is the Description of the Family Hope Program in Wue Village, Wolomeze District? 2) How is the implementation of the family of hope program in Wue Village, Wolomeze District?. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the Family Hope Program in Wue Village, Wolomeze District. This study uses descriptive qualitative analysis methods with Miles and Huberman analysis techniques and data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The informants in this study were the Head of the Ngada Regency Social Service, the Village Head of Wue, PKH Facilitators, School Principals, Heads of Community Health Centers and PKH Recipients as many as 20 people. Based on the results of the study, in general the family of hope program in Wue Village has been implemented since 2015, the targets of the family of hope program are the education and health sectors. The implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Wue Village, Wolomeze District has been going well but has not been maximized in achieving the results or objectives of the PKH implementation because this program is still not right on target in using the assistance provided for the economy, it can be seen from the obstacles in the field. such as, inadequate Human Resources (HR), a mindset that still uses aid for consumptive purposes, miscommunication and not being able to operate ATMs.
