Abstract

The Decent Housing Assistance Program (RLH) aims to fulfill the citizens' right to adequate housing. This is also applied by the PUPR Office of Belu Regency in Kabuna Village in Kakuluk Mesak District, Belu Regency. Of the total number of households, there are 579 houses that are in uninhabitable conditions. However, the Kabuna Village Office had difficulties in determining the right target beneficiaries for the housing program because it was still based on subjective assessments. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is a hierarchy with the main input or input in the form of a human view. This method is used to find the order or priority ranking of various alternatives in problem solving. The AHP method applied uses nine assessment criteria. There are three users, namely Admin, Surveyor, and Head of Dusun. Based on the test results, the system can be used if the user has been registered by the admin and logs in by entering a valid username and password. The system will issue an Error Message if the command entered is wrong or does not match the conditions in the system. In the calculation, there are nine criteria as alternative assessment options. Each criterion will be compared with other criteria to obtain a weight comparison. The final result of this calculation will show the final weight of each alternative. The weight of each alternative determines the priority beneficiary candidates.
