Abstract

Posyandu stands for integrated service post which is a form of Community Based Health Efforts (UKBM) which is managed and organized from, by and for the community. Posyandu Kiuapa is located in Tasinifu Village, Mutis District, North Central Timor Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province which helps the process of health services, especially in data collection on Maternal and Child Health (KIA). The process of recording posyandu data is still manual which is still recorded using a register book. The use of the register book used also has not been able to properly and correctly recapitulate all posyandu data in processing, storing, or printing as a report. The purpose of this study is to create a web-based information system that is useful in processing posyandu data and information about maternal and child health at the Kiuapa posyandu. The method used in this research is the Waterfall Method and the programming languages used are MySQL and PHP. The result of this study is an information system that can assist posyandu cadres and health workers in facilitating the process of data processing, reporting and data retrieval on Kiuapa posyandu activities.
