Abstract

Garbage is something produced by every living creature, garbage itself is a waste of everyone unused and discarded. Problem experienced by the City Of Kupang Government. The amount of garbage that littered the main roads as Soeharto Road District Maulafa, Nisnoni Road district Kota Raja, and Kejora Road district Oebufu, the amount of garbage that littered make road users to pass uncomfortable and can cause air pollution. System development methods used to building information systems is waterfall method which consists of several stages of the analysis phase of design, implementation testing and maintenance. This system is designed by use the PHP programming language and design by using Macromedia Dreamweaver 8 and MySQL as data storage. The result from this study is an application for help to give information about the place of construction bins for easily accessible to the Department of Hygiene and Landscape Gardening City of Kupang.
