Abstract
Irrigation networks are canals, buildings and complementary structures which are an integral part of the supply, distribution, distribution, use and disposal of residual irrigation water. DI Bena with an area of 3,514 ha has complex problems in managing irrigation networks. This study tries to conduct an OP study to improve the condition and function of the irrigation network, so that it can be a reference for OP activities in DI Bena. OP activities require sufficient funds, so it is necessary to prepare an activity and financing plan or the Real Operation and Maintenance Needs Figure (AKNOP). This study uses data from the e-Paksi application in 2021 in the form of PAI and IKSI data. AKNOP calculation is based on 6 aspects, namely aspects of Physical Infrastructure, Plant Productivity, Supporting Facilities, Personnel Organization, Documentation and WUA. AKNOP based on e-Paksi data, there are 3 basic components, namely OP Implementation Management, Operations Executor and Maintenance Executor. The results of the analysis for component (3) Maintenance Operators based on e-Paksi data on the Physical Infrastructure aspect shows an index of 62.55% requiring moderate improvement. This study calculates moderate repairs in the construction of the canal and the main building, with the cost of repairing the main building of Rp. 156,075,000 and the channel of Rp. 7,176,300. The results of the analysis and calculation planning for OP activities, the total costs for the 3 basic components of AKNOP are OP Implementation Management Costs of Rp. 2,692,175,900, Operational Costs of Rp. 325,327,050, and Maintenance Costs of Rp. 2,305,107,095
