Abstract
The formulation of the problem in this study 1) What is the description of fish traders in the Oeba market, Kupang City?. 2) How do the buying price, selling price, and capital influence the income partially and simultaneously? The purpose of this study was 1) to find out the description of fish traders in the Oeba market, Kupang City. 2) to determine the effect of the purchase price, selling price, and capital on income partially and simultaneously. This study uses quantitative data, the type of data that can be measured or calculated directly, in the form of information or explanations expressed in numbers or in the form of numbers. Sources of data used in this study is primary data is a source of research data obtained directly from the original source (not through intermediaries). There were 50 samples in this study which were then processed using SPSS and analyzed by regression models and inferential statistics with four tests, namely 1) Validity Test, 2) Reliability Test, 3) Classical Assumption Test, and 4) Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results obtained from the variables: Purchase Price, Selling Price, and Capital have a positive and significant partial effect on the income of fish traders at the Oeba Market, Kupang City. While the Purchase Price, Selling Price, and Capital have a positive and significant simultaneous effect on the Income of Fish Traders at the Oeba Market, Kupang City. With the results of the Coefficient of Determination (R2) which shows a large Adjusted R Square of 0.607, it means that the influence of the independent variable (X) on the dependent (Y) is 60.7%, while the remaining 39.3% is not influenced by the variables studied or the meaning is other factors not examined in this study.
