Abstract

PT.Delha Lontar Express is a company engaged in the delivery of goods by land, sea and air lines throughout in East Nusa Tenggara (NTT). The current process has been computerized delivery made but not yet able to display the detailed information that is required, the user such as an absence of transfer pricing of goods and tracking shipments. For improving the performance of PT. Delha Lontar Express requires the application of web-based information system allowing customers to make deliveries or checking the status of goods without having to come to the place of delivery of the goods. In solving this problem, the method used is the model Classic Life Cycle (Waterfall Model) with the phase of development include the following: preparation phase, phase analysis, system design, coding, testing phase. While making its application using MySQL database and PHP programming language that can help overcome the weaknesses in the system. This system will store data delivery and receipt of goods, other than that this system will be made in the form of a website so that the data and information needed can be obtained quickly. Capability and reliability of the system is easily accessible because it is online.
