Abstract

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a business strategy that spread from a corporation that can enable the corporation effectively manage a relationship with customer. Because of that CRM application in a corporation is really important to attract customer interest. In a education service on university in this thing is Catholic University widya mandira kupang, especially in informatika technique course, CRM role also very important for applying in giving an accurate imformation because by use CRM a university can know what are they hope and need by the students until creating emotional relationship that can create a tight relationship, until the study programme can maintain the students along with attract the interest from new university candidates with giving information that they need immediately, precise and efficient. Information system web CRM is create with the purpose to make the students easier in getting information that they needs, immediately from e-mail that has been integration. This application is design to use method waterfall with database MySQL.
