Abstract

The success of a project is determine by the resources as quality, reliable, and experience of labor, material and equipment so that avoid tardiness of project implementation. To examine further about project implementation, have to do research by an essay entitled “Relations Of Labor and Equipment Production Change To The Time Of Completion Work Items, The Fee and The Project Profit”, so it can be known and analyzed about completion of time, project fee, and the project profit. The data about volume, coefficient, and unit price obtained from road and bridge construction project by PT. Nanda Karya Putra Pratama in So’e, South Timor Tengah Regency. The study conceptualized by calculate the labor and equipment production variation from -25% until +25% with interval ±2.5%. If from calculation, percentation is negative so the production decrease otherwise if percentation is positive so the production increase. Based on the analyze and results, it showed that labor and equipment production is affect for the time of completion work items, the fee and the project profit. If production decrease so the time to completion work time will increase, project fee will be greater, project profit decrease, and vice versa. However, for the smooth implementation needs provision of labor production as quality and competent human resources then the adequate of equipment production.
