Abstract
The formulation of the problem from writing this thesis is how to apply the principles of village financial management in Lawalu Village. This author aims to describe and describe the application of village financial management principles in Lawalu Village, Central Malaka District, Malacca Regency. In this study, the theory used is participatory analysis of village financial management and accountable village financial management. Qualitative descriptive method, the source of the data obtained is primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from informants directly while secondary data was obtained from data related to research variables in the form of literature, previous research, and books.The results showed that the application of Village Financial Management Principles in Lawalu Village could be measured through two aspects, namely Participation and Accountability. However, the Regent and Village Regulations still have shortcomings in Human Resources because they do not understand much about accounting and the use of computer technology because not all Lawalu Village officials who have a high level of education understand the use of technology.
