Abstract
Population date doing in every part of government start from environment, village, sub- district, and province. Population date especially in sub-district office south of Atambua no whas use computer, but it just use Microsoft office application that still in Microsoft Word and print out form in this case saving in archives, so redundancies dateand inconsistency date began. So that must to design a application of population date in sub-district office south of Atambua district of Belu, web base. Design of this application use waterfall model with PHP and MySQL programming language. PHP probably make this application can be access by side of village to input the date by internet connection. Mysql can be save population date by structure so redundancies date inconsistency date can be minimized. This population date can manipulate and show information about population date, include family card date, date of population born, date of population dies, date of population coming, date of population leave and date of population unable.
