Abstract

Lecturer‟s administration is an element that is important in a university not exception of Widya Mandira Catholic Kupang. In this lecturer‟s administration, the lecturer have the main duty, that is university three duties consist of education sector‟s, public service and research that must be reported to the university as the serve place. Beside the lecturer‟s three duties also had syllabus that directly related with the students, because this Sap syllabus is a proponent element and as the determiner of the success in learning. But, in fact, in reporting the lecturer‟s three duties it‟s still use old system and still have a lack because there is no access to upload the evidence, and also there is syllabus supply online system for the students that can help them in learning. The method that is used in building this system is waterfall method, it is an expand method system that consist of system analysis, system program and implementation. This information system is built by using PHP as the language program and MySql as the database. The result from the expand system is gained from the information system of the lecturer‟s administration of Widya Mandira Catholic University Kupang base on the web that is become the alternative in reporting the three duties and supply the online syllabus for the students.
